Vicar-General Ambre Porcher

Vicar General of the Ring of Tutelar. This elite member of the Ring of Tutelar is responsible securing the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of Granmont. He seeks out dangers to the city and is responsible for containing them.
As a former ratcatcher, he has a significant amount of experience dealing with existential threats, equipping him to run the Ring. His connections with fellow campaigner Madam D'Vigne has also helped on occassion, although with the Dream Merchant prioritizing her Chateau of Wonder over the needs and interests of the church, she tends not to help often.
