Moss/Underdark Connections

An urban legend states that the Drow-and-Deurgar populated neighborhood of Moss houses an entrance to the Underdark. This sounds like the type of rumor started by school kids, but there's enough unmapped caves and tunnels running beneath the city that whose to say there isn't a kernal of truth?
