Madam Fleur
As the owner and proprietor of the Hidden Pygmy, Madam\footnote{Fleur never married, so Madamoiselle would be the most accurate honorific, but due to her age and distinction Madam is how she is typically referred} Fleur is a bubbly woman in her 50s or 60s with a large... personality. Although she never had any kids of her own she has a maternal attitude towards her girls on the top floor, many of whom are victims of the Beaumont family's trafficking. She does what she can to protect them and keep them safe, even setting up jobs and homes for them so they can have a life after they get cycled out.
Although she despises the Beaumonts she abided them for the sake of her girls; she could just as easily take her wealth and go live in a scenic villa in the countryside for the rest of her days. But as if she did that the Beaumonts would simply replace her with someone worse, she continues her association.
As a courtesan herself in her youth Madaoiselle Fleur earned wealth and power--in no small part thanks to her association with the fledgling Beaumont family, although at the time she did not know the extent of their less savory side. As she became more influential the Beaumonts saw her as more and more of a resource. Upon her establishment of the Hidden Pygmy--intended as a retirement plan as her youth was waning--the Beaumont family stepped in and began cashing the IOUs they've accumulated over the year. The past couple decades Madam Fleur has been running the Hidden Pygmy under the thumb of the Beaumonts.
Following Pygmygate, Madam Fleur left the Beaumonts for good. She has a couple of safehouses set up for her girls--including the ones who were there the night of--and she's been around long enough to have contacts of her own to rely on. She has a lot of dirt on the Beaumonts but may be hard to find--they're looking for her too.
