Guild of Thieves
Bitter and resentful towards broken Granmont society, the Guild of Thieves uses broader societal problems as an excuse to kill, steal, and torture as they see fit. Run by a Bone Devil in disguise, the Gang is a group of brutal ransomers. They have several techniques for acquiring victims. They often bribe border guards to route unsuspecting tourists into treacherous Bluffs but they aren't above a simple bag-and-grab if the opportunity raises itself.
They were wiped out by the party following the ransom attempt on the Newbridge dwarf crew.
