Gnomes

Granmont has a very sizable Gnome population. They can be found throughout the city, but some places have higher populations than others. Smalltown in Skirts was originally a gnomeish settlement. That burough still has a gnomish plurality although with halfings, dwarfs, and goblins filling in the rest they're no longer a majority. Oaktops also has a higher gnome population, driving from that districts reputation for woodworking and the well-curated selection of museums and archives.
