Généralités of Granmont
Recettes générales, commonly referred to as généralités, refers to the administrative divisions of Granmont. More simply, this is the organization of political and civic powers of Granmont.
Granmont is a loose patchwork that barely works together. The City Watch is it's own independant organiztion, established via Royal Edicts from the Old Marquesse. But its the responsibility of the arrondissement Intendants, independant of the Watch, to pay the officers and ensure their districts are manned at the appropriate level. Those same intendants are also responsible for collecting taxes and using those taxes to repair their districts infrastructure. They are required to work with the Agency of Operations, Granmont's tax record organization, to find the appropriate levels to tax certain individuals at. They then send those taxes to the Department of Infrastructure with is responsible for the infrastructure repairs themselves.
