Catfolk

Though they aren't a dominant ancestry Catfolk can be found everywhere in the city. They are most strongly associated with Oaktops, where families form enclaves, and Skirts which has large presence of orphaned, impoverished, and unhoused Catfolk. These "strays"--a common but pejorative term--often join street gangs as few others give them a chance.
