Bilehd Vhaahd
The Cervus Cistern which is responsible for preventing flooding and storing water for drought is run by Chief Engineer Bilehd Vhaahd. Vhaahd is an orcish man with olive skin and silver hair that he wears tied back in a tight bun. He has a prototypically orcish build, accented by the wire frame glasses he wears and his white labcoat, turned tannish by age.
