Highest ecclesiastical authority in Pouleyron. While he has counterparts in Dagaria and the Azien Sea, these distant branches of the Church have little interest in the internal politics of Pouleyron, much less the city of Granmont. As such Cardinal Basselet answers to no one. A tactical genius, the elven Cardinal has been maneuvering the world of politics for over a century, and he doesn't intend to give up control anytime soon.
