A post-apocalyptic world following World War III. The world’s population has fallen below the billion threshold and is slowly rising, under the watchful eye of world governments grouped into a new League of Nations. Nature, deeply modified, has taken back its rights. Poorly maintained roads have become simple little-used tracks. The cities, outside the major capitals and the headquarters of the LoN reconstructed in a futuristic model, are more or less left to their own and have learned to live in autarky. The Rangers, at the same time police officers, soldiers and explorers are the only visible link between cities and metropolises. But the Great Quarantine will soon end, and everything will change.
