Norah

Second in Command of the Whitedawn Syndicate. Norah is an imposing tall, muscular woman with curly, grey hair.
She is generally foul tempered and overbearing. Though hot tempered and deceitful, she is very motivated and loyal to Halden. Norah can be diplomatic, however, and often smooths the rough edges of Halden’s words behind the scenes, but she has little patience for prevarication, and doesn’t suffer fools.
