Nandras is a human wizard who lives as a recluse in is library beneath The Wishing Well in Hellonde. He keeps his library disguised as an empty chamber through the use of illusions and rarely emerges to converse with anyone exploring the tunnels of The Wishing Well, preferring to use magic to scare them off. He seems to have a past history with Thari.
