Halden

Leader of the Council of the Whitedawn Syndicate. He has curly grey hair with a close cropped beard and mustache. Very short for a human male at only 4’ tall due to a premature birth, but uses his size and speed to his advantage.
Halden is a middle aged human, quite scruffy in appearance despite his position. Suspicious and cautious with most, but trusting to a fault of his close associates, of which there are few, Halden can come off as hostile to others. Nevertheless,he is even tempered despite his distance from others. Halden is deceitful by nature and cowardly in the face of danger, preferring to manufacture superior situations through trickery rather than face a fair fight. He has a deep interest in cooking and is a skilled cartographer.
Last year a faction within the Whitedawn Syndicate attempted to depose Halden from leadership. The attempt failed and Halden has been left somewhat paranoid about the loyalties of those beneath him and more insular with his inner circle.
He idolizes his late father, Koli, who founded the Whitedawn Syndicate.
