Infernal Mind Control (Recharge 5-6): Varos targets one creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. The charmed target is incapacitated and obeys Varos’s commands. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Technomantic Control: As a bonus action, Varos can control any construct within 120 feet, giving it a command without requiring an action.

Aura of Domination: Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turn or be frightened until the end of their turn.

Infernal Pact Resilience: Varos has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack: Varos makes two attacks with his Infernal Whip.

Infernal Whip: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage plus 10 (3d6) psychic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the start of Varos's next turn.

Arcane Burst (Recharge 4-6): Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 60 ft., all creatures in a 20-foot radius. Hit: 20 (5d8) force damage and pushed 10 feet back.

Legendary Actions

Command Minion: One construct Varos controls makes an attack.

Infernal Blink: Varos teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.

Machina Snare (Costs 2 Actions): Mechanical tendrils rise from the ground, restraining a creature within 30 feet (DC 15 Dex save).

Lair Actions

Electrified Floor: The ground sparks with energy, forcing all enemies to make a DC 15 Con save or take 10 (3d6) lightning damage.

Illusionary Doubles: Illusions of Varos appear, granting him half cover until the start of his next turn.

Repair Constructs: All constructs regain 10 hit points.

Usual Tactics

Varos manipulates the battlefield using mind control and constructs, teleporting out of danger when needed. His whip keeps melee combatants at bay, while his legendary actions allow him to command minions and control the fight.
