Behaviour

Frostspine Brambles are not aggressive but are highly defensive. When disturbed or damaged, the thorns exude a burst of freezing energy that can frostbite skin or slow movement. This reactive nature makes them hazardous to approach without caution. Proximity to the brambles causes a sharp drop in temperature, numbing the senses and sapping the energy of those nearby. Prolonged exposure can lead to hypothermia or frostbite, especially for those unprotected from the cold. The brambles are covered in a thin layer of necrotic frost that clings to anything it touches. Direct contact results in icy burns and deep lacerations. The frost is mildly magical and prevents wounds from healing naturally, leaving lasting scars.
