Punishment and Transformation: In retribution for the calamity they had brought upon the world, Morrow, the deity of seas, condemned the former slaves to a twisted fate. He transformed them into the Kua-toa, horrid hunchbacks with fish-like heads, eternally cursed for their role in summoning Vendragos.
