Flesh Dog
Flesh Dogs were a race of malevolent, sadistic, wolf-like aberrations with potent magical abilities, and extraordinary mimicry skills.
The tails of flesh dogs were unique from dog to dog, with the exception of the length. Marrowlash, as an example, was known for the tip of their tail being hook shaped and capable of splitting into two. Additionally, they used their tails to communicate with each other with whip-like sounds, or slashing at the ground.
The mouths of flesh dogs were filled with disease and pus, inevitably turning them into their recognizable color. Being bitten by a flesh dog requires immediate attention, otherwise the victim would be doomed to die within the hour of being bitten. Furthermore, the disease seemed to have spread to other areas on the body of the flesh dog, most noticeably the eyes, as they too excrete the same pus.
Most notably of the dogs, however, are their tails. Despite being used for slashing, stabbing and whatnot, they could get extremely creative with it. Flesh dogs are known for their mimicry, where if they could not produce certain sounds with their vocal cords, they used their tails instead. The sound of banging metal or brandishing a sword, could be made with the blade found at the end of their tails. Most often, they use them to create loud noises to distract their enemies, though when hunting they often used them to gain the attention of their prey.
The tails otherwise work as most would expect, with whip-like capabilities that could be used to slash or choke someone. Depending on the flesh dog however, they are capable of changing certain properties of their tails, such as making them poisonous, extending their blade, or even gain the ability to cast spells.
Flesh dogs could only portray their personal thoughts through telepathy, while what came out of their toothy maws was nothing but mimicry. Discovering this fact however, proved that Marrowlash had been around far longer than the initial discovery of them would suggest. While they first were seen shortly into the new era, after the comet fell, they had been found mimicking the voice of Azmadius' father. This prompted many theories, where the most popular being that Marrowlash was once a person, specifically a wizard, as they naturally could cast spells.

Description
Flesh dogs were wolf-like beasts of varying sizes, though often reached 2'6 feet (76,2 centimeters) in height and 5 feet (152,4 centimeters) in length, their tails up to four times the size of the dog itself, being 20 feet (6,1 meters), with a bodyweight of 160 pounds (72,5 kilograms). However, some, though the most few, flesh dogs have reached absurdly huge sizes, up to 40'3" (12,3 meters) in height, 81'5" (24,8 meters) in length, 326 feet (99,3 meters) tail length, with a weight of 122 tons (110.676,5 kilograms). They resembled wolves, with long tentacles for tails, rotting, green mouths with pointy, serrated teeth, and long, matted fur.The tails of flesh dogs were unique from dog to dog, with the exception of the length. Sub-Races
- Flesh Titan: Albeit that flesh dogs are rare in numbers, the most absurd and disgusting creations of Marrowlash have to be categorized respectively. Reaching towering heights of 40 feet and a length of 80 feet, excluding their tail.by Oxanstudio
These gigantic flesh dogs have a great set of differences to the common flesh dog, beyond their size. Having no fur, they look like skinned wolves, with their muscles showing and constantly bleeding. Having an absurd regenerative factor within their system, they seem to create more blood than what they lose as they wander around. Their jaw is split, carrying multiple rows of teeth. When splitting their jaw, they are capable of lashing out with their tongue to grab smaller entities and swallow them whole, otherwise they have an extraordinary biting force, where, with their split jaw, have a larger width to grab onto enemies or structures to either tear them apart or lifting them off the ground.
Abilities
Flesh dogs had powerful psionic powers, used to manipulate and instil fear onto their enemies. Mostly through telepathic means, they could cause powerful hallucinations or cause someone to fall into a deep sleep. Towards those that had fallen asleep, they would invade their dreams with the intention of breaking their mind apart from within. Not only causing psychological harm towards their prey, they also gained their memories as a result, which could prove disastrous depending on the victim. Most notably of the dogs, however, are their tails. Psychology
Flesh dogs were outright sadistic and highly intelligent. As a result, they proved to be one of the most dangerous creatures found on Goliath. Despite usually not being talkative, besides the vocal harassment, they clearly were carrying out a quest of sorts. Marrowlash especially, had a clear disdain of dragons, Verqath specifically, and seeking their elimination.Flesh dogs could only portray their personal thoughts through telepathy, while what came out of their toothy maws was nothing but mimicry. Origination
Marrowlash, as the first discovered flesh dog, had a completely unknown background. Their origination was uncertain, however, many events expressed that they had been around for longer than initially anticipated. New flesh dogs were all made by Marrowlash, using the corpses of anything they either found or killed. Through a ritual, they could use the corpses to raise a new flesh dog, which took an extreme amount of effort. The ritual sites that had been found of the smallest example of Marrowlash's creations, were humongous in size and demanded an absurd amount of bodies to fulfill. That was the main reason that the number of currently known flesh dogs could be counted on one hand.Notable Flesh Dogs
