A Chronal Bridge has been determined to have the most likelyu positive outcome. We are providing probability potions for maximal success of the initial foray into the anomaly, and advising the use an experienced and highly prepared team in spite of the loss-risk. The nature of this anomaly is entirely unknown, and we have been unable to penetrate or use any sort of divination through it at all.
