Stenhode

The mountain dwarf fortress-city of Stenhode stands defiantly in the south of East Sceya, a holy city for goliaths and a defiance of the Volcano Manor's influence. The mountain dwarves of Stenhode have always tried to remain neutral in the conflicts of East Sceya, only attacking when provoked and trading with as many nations as possible. Recently, agreements have been reached between Stenhode and the Gold Empire, allowing the mountain dwarves to travel north to settle Highwall and make new communities along the imperial-controlled Giantheights.While nominally a part of Free Sceya, many believe that Stenhode would remain neutral in a war between the Gold Empire and the coalition.
