Primordial Betrayal

In the waning days of the First War, a conspiracy brewed among the giants, a conspiracy to throw down the Primordials. The gods of the giants worked together, crafting weapons, plans, cages and alliances, which allowed the to decapitate the Deepcold, cage the Highstorm, and put the Everfire and Worldtree into deep slumber.
The Primordial Betrayal saved the world from total destruction after the First War, but it was only a temporary solution.
