She Wears A Red Shirt With One Metal Guard Where Her Birds Will Land And She'll Talk To Them. She has Green Pants On With Brrown Leather Boots That Have Slight Heels In Them.

In 1465 DR Julia Was Born And Was Raised In The Zephyr Post. She Spent Many Hours Talking To THe Birds And Learrning Any New Things From Them. From An Early Age Her Mother Knew She Was Just Like Her Great Great Great Great Grand Mother
Tilda Zephyr. She Had The Magical Ability To Talk To The Birds And Understand Them. Julia Spent All Her Life Training THe Birds And Eventually She Took Over The Zephyr Post From Her Mother.
In 1492 DR Julia Spends Most Her Time In The Bird Nook Talking To The Birds. She Like's To Hang Out With All Of Them So She Let's The Zephyr Post Worker's Mostly Run THe Business Side Of Thing's But Who Knows Maybe One Day She'll Need Some Help.
