Meria

The woman met a man, he called himself Kharnadon. They grew close and decided to travel the world together, swearing to live a lifetime at each others side. They grew old, living life to its fullest, seeing places others did not dare to explore, discovering wonders beyond belief. They died smiling, holding each other in their arms.
Then Meria was reborn, empty. A young child, longing for something it did not know to describe. As she grew to adulthood, memories came, not from this life, but from herself. She remembered what she experienced, what she felt before her birth, her rebirth. She moved out, hoping to fill the void in her she could now describe. The years passed, but she could not find anything or anyone that came close to the man she loved in another life.
Devoid of her hope, lost to darkness and tears, she turned to Tsukiyo, patron of her ancestry, hoping for comfort and in her prayers she told her stories. One day, as she finished her prayers, a man stood before her and offered her a tiny piece of jade, a finely carved dragon wing on one side, Tsukiyos symbol of the moon on the other. It felt cold to the touch, yet it was comforting. Let the wings and wind of the moon guide you. Search and you will be found. With that, the man vanished.
Meria stood up and watched the sun set and the moon rise, clutching the tiny piece of jade. It gave her hope. She continued her journeys, traveling where chance took her and eventually she met a man. He called himself Kharnadon. He aswell, had a tiny piece of jade, carved to resemble a moon and a wing. They told each other stories of a lifetime past, a life they lived together. They were happy again, after far to many years.
As they grew old, they made a vow, to always find each other after they passed, the wings and wind of the moon will guide them. And so they lived and died, life after life, always at each others side, countless adventures together. She entered the city of Sarkoris, searching for answers about Dragons Cradle, where she was abducted and thrown into prison by a scientist without a sense of empathy, morale or regret. He wanted to learn the secrets of the Samsaran, learning why and how they are reborn. She was tortured and eventually left to rot in her cell as the scientist, leader of the city, lost interest in her. She supposedly was still in her cell as the veil fell and the worldwound opened up.
Nobody knows where she is now.
