Chief Intelligencer of Magnimar

The Chief Intelligencer (C.I.) of Magnimar is the leader of the spy organization Office of Magnimar Security (O.M.S.) The CI works alongside the Office of the Lord-Mayor, the Council of Ushers, and the Justice Court. However, they do not answer to any of them. The current Chief Intelligencer of the OMS is Seraphina Gustavos, wife of Council of Ushers member Torabor Gustavos. Torabor does not know his wife is associated with the OMS. He believes his half-elf wife works at the Museum of Ages in the Capital District.
