Tiamat

Tiamat is the red dragon's fire and the blue dragon's lightning. Tiamat is the five-headed Mother of Dragons. In the stories, she and her brood seek total dominance over all other mortal races. She and her followers are nearly always draconic - chromatic dragons, chromatic dragonborn, kobolds, and so on. Tiamat is unique among the gods - while she is a member of the Western Pantheon, she is also an archdevil of the Nine Hells. The cosmic reasons for this are likely now known only to Tiamat. The worship of Tiamat is attractive to all who preach the superiority of the dragon.
Alignment: Tiamat's belief in draconic superiority means that she and her followers are typically Lawful Evil.
