Mechanics & Inner Workings

In order to make a wish on the throne, you must first be of Noble Decent. Anyone with Noble blood must simply sit in the throne to make the wish. Anyone who is holding the top of the throne can alter how the wish comes into fruition in any way they want.

Significance

This throne had effectively killed King Grey, and almost caused the material plane to become apart of the Abyss.
