Most of the Astral plane can be compared to space in the material plane. There is usually small pieces of asteroids, as well as the only large solid piece of land being of a dead dog's body.

Fauna & Flora

A plant called "Dead Fruit," which looks like a pear made of a gray flesh. Eating it will give you the necessary nutrients for survival.
