Tsunaros

As one crosses the Choral Sea, they may come across a strange and wondrous sight; the waves of the ocean, pulled up into the sky, water and sea foam frothing around towering pillars rising two hundred feet above the surface of the sea. The sky churns in an ever-threatening maelstrom above, but as ships draw close, the sound of great gongs breaches the waves, and the seawater parts between the pillars.
Seaspray raining from every direction, ships may be allowed to pass through the watery wall and enter the holy citadel of Tsunaros. Great rocks jutting out from the sea form the foundation of shrines, temples, and training grounds, where the acolytes of the Stormwielder teach their recruits, prepare their hunting ships, and guard the birthplace of the first of the Ascendant gods - the legendary Fount of Change, a seething whirlpool at the center of the Citadel whose depths see no light and whose swirling waves never falter.
