The White Void
The far south of the world is covered in its entirety by a tundra covered plateau which eventually gives way to glacier as one nears the poles. Melt water from its snow forms many northward rivers in the summer, and its cliffs unleash horrible blizzard winds in the winter. The White Void represents an end to the world in the minds of most, and none by the most desperate live there. Those few tribes that make their home upon the tundra do so because they were forced off of more habitable land by force.
