Shinzo Creates Nalu, Gyorg is Sealed

Shinzo creates the first spirit weapon, Nalu. Gyorg is sealed.

Shinzo was sent by the crown to neutralize the Zora and Zola and weaken them into a state where they would agree to a treaty with Hyrule. He decided to instead unite them and strategically send them after Gyorg, which would kill many of them while painting Hyrule in a favorable light and vanquish a demon of the sea in one battle.   Shinzo had also been experimenting with weapons that contained a similar sealing capacity as the Master Sword.   Deciding to take advantage of the entire situation, he used the conflict with Gyorg to gain trust. He promised the Zola they could beat Gyorg if he trained them. He taught the leaders of the Zola to be more civil, to speak properly, and to fight better. They came to see Shinzo as something like a god.   With the promise of sealing Gyorg once and for all, he approached Nalu, the water spirit of Lanayru. He asked her if she would be willing to bind herself to a weapon to create a seal over Gyorg. She agreed.   It should be noted that Shinzo knew Gyorg could be defeated without Nalu. He could have done it, but he wanted to test his theories with spirit weapons.   With the Zola, Shinzo approached the Zora and negotiated with them. They put aside ancient hatred to work together to seal Gyorg.   In the battle, Shinzo made sure to position the leaders of the Zola and Zora so that they died. Gyorg was successfully sealed. The Zora, Zola, and Hyrule established grounds for peace.
