Rodika Breban is an Aomeni Human Proprietor and Owner of the Pitted Sickle in Zhilisky. She is known to be a rumour monger of sorts, knowing near everything about the people of the town.

Rodika appears to hold no outward opinions on the politics of Zhilisky, neither praising nor condeming the Brotherhood of Autumn; being unsympathetic towards ex-Mayor Teo Iliescu, though allowing him to drink away his sorrows; and finding joy in the misfortune of Grigore Cinca whilst also discrediting those who robbed him of his wealth. Despite this, she proudly wears very traditional Aomeni dress, so clearly has some measure of cultural pride.
