The Ever Stones
Believed to have been around since long before the time of the forefathers, in some cases even before the era of Aura Fall, these stones stand taller than any man are believed to have been erected by the peoples of Galladia long ago. Their faith has been lost to time, but the stones remain. Scattered throughout the North of Galladia, these stones are very strong with the Aura and are often studied by the academies. They are also very interesting because they often align along magnetic poles. Typically, one stone(s) will be aligned on the North-South direction, while another stone(s) will be along the East-West line. This is exceeding peculiar and would have taken advanced knowledge of astronomy to develop. It is thought they may have been guides for Nomadic travelers in the Region. They are also often adorned with Runes from the religion of old. Few people worship these stones any longer, but it is rumored that people make pilgrimage to these sites and conduct ancient rites involving old and forgotten gods.
