Once a dedicated healer and midwife in Barrowmista, Hannah was kidnapped by the forces of the Runelord Karzoug due to her Shung heritage.

She was transformed into a stone giant and forced to use her healing skills to help the growing stone giant army. Her kind and calm nature has made her an unofficial leader among the transformed Shung.
