Restorationists

These are a group of primary human and humanoid mutants who have recovered large amounts of information about the past and are seeking to rebuild the lost civilization. Restorationists are usually armed with weapons from the past and frequently have robotic units working with them. They shun the other moderate cryptic alliances and work single-mindedly towards their goal.

You add +4 when trying to learn about unknown tech on the Artifact table to start learning. You ask for the alliance to repair 1 artifact once per adventure for a price or for free if it will further the alliance goals. Also once per adventure, the alliance will analyze an artifact they have a +15 to knowledge tech.

They must seek out and investigate rumors of old technology or ruins of old at all costs even at his own risk. He also has to give the most interesting items to them for study and can never destroy artifacts.
