POWER ARMOR PROFICIENCY (MECHA SUIT) The character is proficient with mecha that are worn rather than driven, such as powered armor. Prerequisite: None Benefit: The armor check penalty does not apply to attack rolls. Normal: A character without this feat wearing a power suit suffers its armor check penalty on attack rolls in addition to Dexterity and Strength based Skill checks.
