Champion Malik Stoneson
Malik is a deity of protection and contests, and the patron deity of Firbolgs in Ghemjana.
He is depicted as a massive man, 12 feet in height, with a broad grin on his face, his battle axe on his shoulder and a set of rules in his pocket.
He is popular with athletes and guards in cities, and many people in unsafe or unhealthy domestic relationships will pray to him for succor. He is considered an unofficial patron deity of orphans, sickly children and the homeless.
The firbolgs of Ghemjana have him as their patron deity, as their gods did not travel with them to the new world and they prayed for protection in their new home. Though not a firbolg himself, but rather an ancient race called 'Trolls' (no relation to the monster species of trolls, but rather a type of giant kin), Malik felt a kinship to the large, gentle race and fiercely defends his people.
