Type-82 Blowback (Blow-back)

The venerable Type-82 is the world's first true semiautomatic weapon, and serves as the main sidearm for Republic forces. This weapon is chambered 45. ACP and operates on a blowback mechanism and uses a 10 round integral magazine fed by a top loaded stripper clip. It might not hit hard, but it's handy to keep around. 2D4 piercing per attack (2 bullets per attack) +1 on hit rolls Can use 3 attachments (muzzle, sight, ammunition) Range: 60 ft effective 160 ft max

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The Blowback uses, as it's name suggests, a delayed blowback action to fire 100 rounds per minute.

Significance

The Blowback is simultaniously loved and hated by those who use it. The pistol's slow bullet velocity means it has very little stopping power. However, it's small size and simple construction makes it a true "people's gun" that anyone can easily obtain and use.
