Degei is a magic war axe. It was made by a drow in The Hollow who intended to use it to kill a Anthallid hive qeen. The drow's mission ultimately failed, and the weapon ended up on the surface by means unknown.
1d8 slashing per attack, deals an additional 1d8 necrotic damage on a hit.
Once hit, the target cannot regenerate health by non magical means for the duration of the fight.
