Upon being [hired], every employee at GG's is issued a standard smartphone that's connected to the GG's wifi and the [database]. This smartphone will become the employee's main tool for interacting with the rest of the club, and keeping up on their assigned duties.
Phones are to be kept in [work lockers] when on active duty.
Phones cannot access the world outside of GG's; any online spaces outside of the GG's universal boundaries are inaccessible.

Employee phones are pre-loaded with several applications that cannot be changed or uninstalled.

• GGS - an app allowing access to the multitude of services offered in GG's. Employees are allowed the privilege of purchasing these services in their off-hours so long as they have the available credit.

• ClockIn - a work app that allows an employee to check their assigned shifts, swap shifts, communicate with other employees, receive in-app messages from Senior Staff, request evaluations, keep track of hours, & more

• Hermes - a messenger app allowing for individual server rooms and private messaging

In addition, post-break employees will automatically have access granted to the following app:

• [InCredible] - a shopping app where employees can order any non-standard issue item for personal use or recreation. While furniture items are standard-issue, things like bedding, clothing, accessories, personal hygiene products, and sometimes even food items can be purchased.
