The first Lèlbrìkèrn promulgates an edict on the spiritual practices of the Gardoum II Court. Detailing the Eköran rituals and myths taught to the Emperor, the edict's legal weight was made clear by the order to every Je'thor Council to organise the erection of a prayer shrine for their communities in a "publically accessible and prominent" location.
The Emperor claimed to have reimbued the Steward's Scepter with new, natural magical power, replacing the ancient divine power that had long been corrupted and waned.
