Lucas III Alexandros is one of the longest reigning Exarchs in the whole of the Aeillan Region, and has had a reign marked by great suffering and conflict. As a result of the ongoing power struggles between Korentis and Antiokus a fair number of battles have been fought within the Exarch's territories. The fifty years of on and off war have left the Exarch a burnt out husk of a man, bitter, and more than a little callous. Old age and experience have helped him finally gain an edge on the traditionally more powerful Antiokus and many hope that he might perhaps bring an end to the struggle. That his life may soon come to an end however, has been a major concern.
