Isabel II Tortega

Isabel II of the Tortega Dynasty is the queen regnant of the Kingdom of Gallaca. Having taken the throne fifteen years ago, she has made it her primary goal to reestablish the power of the monarchy, stabilize the realm, and drive out the bandit kings that have taken up residence in many of the Kingdom's heartlands. She has managed to secure power in most of the central cities and towns of the Rio Gallenda, however, the nobles in the hill counties to the south have proven much more difficult to reign in, and her efforts in the past few years have been focused on bringing them to heel.
