Constable
Constables are safe havens for members of the Kling to rest for a night without worry of being hunted or attacked. Each Constable has a code that the residents must abide by that are set in place by the owner of the Constable. Each code has the same number one rule, leave business and feeling outside. Most codes also require patrons to pay for protection, as Constables aren't easy to keep out of the eyes of the law. The owner of each Constable is required to notify Neth if any people violate the code in their Constable. Almost every time someone violates a Constable's code, their head ends up being delivered to the Constable in less than a year. Most Constables can be identified by "safe haven" being written in thieves cant on the door frame.
