Ghogri
Ghogri is a Southern Buri Davanian language spoken in central Davania, centred on the Davanian capital of Ghagor in the former Ghagor Empire. It is sometimes taken as a dialect of a greater Ghogri-Mrivani language due to its high degree of mutual intelligibility with Mrivani.
One notable divergence with Mrivani is that some speakers of Ghogri still retain a vowel length distinction, though the distinction is eroding, particularly in urban areas. This erosion is likely at least partially due to increased contact between Ghogri and Mrivani speakers in the Tira Vellan Raj and Tira Vella's historical tendency towards Mrivani forms in official usage increasing the prestige of and exposure to Mrivani.
Unlike Mrivani, the diphthongs have collapsed into monophthongs (əi, ai > ɛː, əu, au > ɔː).
