Is half the size of the Citadel of Four Winds, Sages and Omni Guardians run this library with co-equal authority. No Neophytes, Clerics or Masters are allowed within its walls, Primes will be granted access but this rarely happens and when granted is because the Prime will more than likely be elected to a Sage soon.
