Ritual of Rhama

This will be done every time a Sordean is elected (based on their ability to speak with birds) as a new Rhama Seer, this is individual in the towns but a slightly larger gathering will occur for a new Rhama Seer in the capital. Outsiders are strictly forbidden as this is a sacred ritual, Sordeans believe based on their legends that Tabris brought the winged animals to Genivan. Snow Owls pure white live in the land of Numis and with the ritual the new Rhama Seer will gain an owl companion.
