Citadel of The Four Winds

Is run by Primes and their aids are mostly Clerics but Neophytes can become aids but this rare. Occasionally a Sage will dedicate their life to this library and will lead the Primes. Primes do not like it when Sages come to work here, lots of contention with this. This Citadel is open to all Tribes on Genivan, many Tribes will send their people there to work, train and learn the histories kept there. This citadel is specifically for the Tribes of Genivan and their histories, some of the oldest documents (dated to within 500 to 1,000 years of the Ancient Race) are held here. Tens of thousands of scrolls, it would take several lifetimes of a scholar to study all the scrolls.
