Any Talorean with training can mix inks for Linking but this magic is unique and fairly rare. It is rumored the curse of Lycans comes from the Amber Sirens and many other dangerous magics that cause death, disease or decay. They are sought after for the Enchanters Guild but many who cannot be in this guild are spread out throughout society, very rarely are they in elite positions but not unknown to happen.
They have the semi-rare magical ability of Enchantment.
