Laila is an elven goddess of material wealth and societal worth. In Calenorian religion, she is a mischievous and jealous nature spirit that has a rivalry with the goddess Galia. In Elven religion, the reverse is true, with Galia being cast as a reclusive and inconsiderate nature spirit.
She is often associated with lilies.
