Hidden Citadel
A secretive fort like town constructed using the gems within the depths of the Sapphire caverns.
The general populace is mostly made up of drow, driders, changelings, and tieflings. Some humans, halflings, and dwarves also reside in the town. The residents aren't too found of outsiders but will gladly accept their money.
It has the standard accomodations expected from a town of it's size except due to the lack of large animals and plantlife within the caves, most meals are made from mushrooms, rats, and whatever food the residents can acquire in the area outside the caverns. Most of the residents make a living through either mining sapphire or heading outside the city to commit various acts of crime. Which may include robbery, kidnapping people to work in the mines, and assassination through the use of poison. Though these crimes are horrific, it doesn't mean that all of the people in Hidden Citadel are bad people. They're just doing what they can to provide for their families and the town.
