Silvan initially began his work as a Dragon Aspect at 18 as a Claw, following the wishes of his late father. He worked tirelessly to prove himself and rise the ranks while keeping Mariansberg safe. Eventually, he rose to the rank of Clawmarshal, with the ability to give orders & command troops. Despite this newfound power, he remained compassionate, following the laws of Taria to a tee and enforcing such law as fairly as he could. For his continual service, he was given a Draconic Gift by his superior, the Bronze Dragon Tolgednos, the Clawmarshal at the time. Eventually, after 22 years of service to the Claws, he was promoted to Clawmarshal by Tolgednos, who was retiring at around the same time. For the last two years, Silvan has been working tirelessly as Clawmarshal in the name of both his late father, as well as Tolgednos, both of the primary mentor figures in his life.
Additionally, during his time in the force, he committed himself as a follower of the Platinum Dragon, Bahamut. He swore an oath to protect the people of Taria, and slowly began to master divine magics, becoming a fully-fledged Paladin of Bahamut by his promotion to Clawmarshal. At his promotion, he was presented with a Holy Avenger as a gift for his service to his God and his people.
